No Shoes, No Worries

Rested yesterday because we did a desert safari. Started this workout in my hotel room at about 5:45.

30:00 AMRAP

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Alternating V-ups
  • 14 Air Squats
  • 14 Lunges

I didn’t even bother to put shoes on. Was keeping track of my rounds with pencil and paper so that wasted a little time. I made it through 17+40.
