- 5 Cat Camel + Rock Back
- 5 Inchworms
To warm up my sumo deadlift I did 8 reps each at 45-95-135#.
Workout – 5 Sets
- 16 Sumo Deadlift (165#)
- 30s/30s Sciatic Nerve Flossing
Kept moving from one to the other.
